Emily Moseley joins Wood Jackson PLLC.
Emily Moseley, formerly of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP, comes to Wood Jackson PLLC with over 13 years of civil litigation and complex business dispute experience, and has represented both large and small companies in various healthcare and regulatory matters. She also has extensive mediation experience, and is a NCDRC Certified Superior Court Mediator. Ms. Moseley was recognized in 2007 by Kilpatrick Stockton as one of their Pro Bono Associates of the Year. She also volunteers her time to the Ronald McDonald House in Chapel Hill as Vice President of the Board of Directors, to the Summit House as a Board Member, and at her son’s first grade classroom in Chapel Hill. Ms. Moseley will be Of Counsel to the firm.
